Migrating from Zimbabwe 20 years ago Garth originally set up Teknic Deezinez in Glenfield Auckland at 253b Archers Rd providing Toolmaking services for Plastics, CNC, Precision Engineering, Die-casting, and Automotive Engineering industries. Tool Design and product development through 3D modeling with the use of powerful 3D CAD software and CAD-CAM software for CNC offline programming.
In 2012, Teknic Deezinez moved to their new central premises at 18g Perclo Place in Hamilton New Zealand, taking advantage of the Waikato’s growing industrial presence within New Zealand. Teknic Deezinez now provides toolmaking services for customers in Auckland, Hamilton, and throughout the country.

A large portion of Teknic Deezinez Toolmaking projects are based around product development. We offer full design services and can assist you working from your sketches converting them to CAD – Solid Works files ready for Tool and Die making. We can provide on request advise about every step of the process from financial planning to product launches and promotion. Often the common process when developing a product is to first engage a product designer who then passes on Engineering CAD files for output. A comparison that would be similar is that of the relationship between a builder and an Architect.
